Why Peace Is Impossible: Allah's Imperatives

    Allah's commandments are contained in 'clear verses', exemplified in authentic ahadith, explained in exegesis and codified in shari'ah.   Jihad & terrorism are the result of Believers obeying Allah and emulating Moe. [Emphasis added.]

Jihad: 

Ordained For Muslims

2:216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.

2:193. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allâh) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allâh (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zâlimûn (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

    Computer programmers will recognize those as do ...until... loops. The verb is fight, the subjects are  Quraysh, Quraysh and "People of the Book", respectively. The  compound terminal conditions are h2 headers above these three verses.  The links  between headers go to the Hilali/Khan translation for context. The links in the verse numbers go to Islam Awakened for 50 parallel translations.

    Note that Jihad is not defined in the Qur'an. Recall the  verse of ordinance: 2:216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause)
The parenthetical expression was inserted by the translators for clarity. Take a close look at the Arabic word  translated as Jihad.

(2:216:3) l-qitālu [the] fighting

Click it and examine the dictionary & concordance; mote the numerous variants! The translators defined Jihad in their footnote to 2.190.

(V. 2:190) Al-Jihad (holy fighting) in Allah's Cause (with full force of numbers
and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islam and is one of its pillars (on
which it stands). By Jihad Islam is established, Allah's Word is made superior, (His
Word being La ilaha illallah which means none has the right to be worshipped but
Allah), and His Religion (Islam) is propagated. By abandoning Jihad (may Allah
protect us from that) Islam is destroyed and the Muslims fall into an inferior
position; their honour is lost, their lands are stolen, their rule and authority vanish.
Jihad is an obligatory duty in Islam on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape
from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this duty, dies with
one of the qualities of a hypocrite.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud I asked Allah's Messenger
" O Allah's Messenger! What is the best deed?" He replied, "To offer the Salit
(prayers) at their early fixed stated times." I asked, "What is next in goodness?" He
replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents." I further asked, "What is next in
goodness?" He replied, "To participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause." I did not ask
Allah's Messenger anymore and if I had asked him more, he would
have told me more. (Sahih Al-Bukhiri, Vol.4, Hadith No.41).

Note the cost / benefit analysis in the footnote:

Of course, Jihad is not officially recognized as one of the five pillars of Islam, but Moe declared it to be Islam's highest peak.  I quote out of context from Sunan Ibn Majah, volume 5, page 193.

Then he
said: 'Shall I not tell you of the
head of the matter, and its pilar
and pinnacle? (It is) Jihad'

    What makes a Jihad holy?  I have not found an explicit answer, but intention plays an important role.  Holy war is undertaken for Allah's good pleasure, to earn his approbation, not for fame, reputation or fortune.

Sunan Abu DawudBook 14, Number 2513:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:

Apostle of Allah, tell me about jihad and fighting. He replied: Abdullah ibn Amr, if you fight with endurance seeking from Allah your reward, Allah will resurrect you showing endurance and seeking your reward from Him, but, if you fight for vain show seeking to acquire much, Allah will resurrect you making a vain show and seeking to acquire much. In whatever you fight or are killed, Abdullah ibn Amr, in that state Allah will resurrect you.

[No reward for the one seeking worldly advantage: Book 14, Number 2510]

    Moe told us what would profane a holy war in  Sahih Muslim  19.4294:

• Holy war
• fear Allah
• be good to the Muslims with you
• fight
• in the name of Allah
• in the way of Allah
• against disbelievers
• make a holy war.
• Profanations
• embezzle spoils
• flee the battle
• mutilate bodies
• kill children.

Jihad An-Nafs

    But Jihad is struggle, extreme striving against the rigors of life; ego & temptation. Yeah, right. Search the six canonical hadith collections, each one has a 'book'  of Jihad. Sahih Bukhari adds 'books' of Khumus & Expedition. Show me one hadith therein  pertaining to Jihad An-Nafs!

Exemptions

    Moe exempted the blind and lame from Jihad.

4:95. Not equal are those of the believers who sit (at home), except those who are disabled (by injury or are blind or lame, etc.), and those who strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with their wealth and their lives. Allâh has preferred in grades those who strive hard and fight with their wealth and their lives above those who sit (at home). Unto each, Allâh has promised good (Paradise), but Allâh has preferred those who strive hard and fight, above those who sit (at home) by a huge reward;

Must a Muslim go out from his home to do Jihad An-Nafs?  Would he risk his life & wealth in the  struggle?

Legal definition

    The legal definition of Jihad is found in  Reliance Of The Traveller, Book o, Chapter 9.0 from which I quote.

Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion.

Obligation

    Offensive Jihad is a communal obligation, fard al-Kifaya which binds the entire Ummah until a sufficient number have  responded.  Refer to Reliance, o9.1 and suffer confusion. "The Book Of Jihad", page 19  is clear and includes a straight forward quote of the infamous fatwa of Imam Al-Shafi'i.

Defensive

    Camel feces!  Will you spend three days proselytizing  an attacking enemy force before defending yourself? I quote from Reliance o9.8

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2635
    Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

    The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: I am commanded to fight with men till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Apostle, face our qiblah (direction of prayer), eat what we slaughter, and pray like us. When they do that, their life and property are unlawful for us except what is due to them. They will have the same rights as the Muslims have, and have the same responsibilities as the Muslims have.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 196:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah 's Apostle said, " I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' and whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic law, and his accounts will be with Allah, (either to punish him or to forgive him.)"

This post is uttered and published in support of the following [Rough Draft.] White House Petition:
[All emphasis added for clarity.]

Dear President Trump:
    On November 1, '16, you promised us from Wisconsin, that you would "keep radical Islamic terrorism" out of this country.
On November 8, we gave you a mandate.  You can not keep out that which is already present  since 1993.

    Now we ask you to do the next best thing: restrict the expansion of Islamic terrorism in America and begin the long process of removing it by directing the Secretary of State to declare Islam to be an international terrorist organization  under the terms of  8 U.S. Code § 1189.

    The Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic State, al-Qaeda & Boko Haram did not exist in the seventh century when Muhammad quoted Allah as saying he would and did '"cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve" and Muhammad said "I have been made victorious with terror".  That was Islam: not radical  or extreme, neither was it distorted, hijacked nor perverted.  The hatred and violence you wondered about flow directly from canonical Islamic texts exhibited in this blog post:  islamexposed.blogspot.com....

The Promise

Misdirected Effort

The IRGC Terrorist Designation Act, introduced with Congressman McCaul who has filed companion legislation in the House of Representatives, urges the U.S. Department of State to designate Iran’s IRGC as a foreign terrorist organization. Likewise, the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act, introduced with Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart who has filed companion legislation in the House of Representatives, urges the U.S. Department of State to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization.     The Muslim Brotherhood is a subset of Islam. Designating it as an FTO leaves Islam and its other fronts free to operate without being recognized as the source of Islamic terrorism.  Besides which  the bills remain bottled up in committee and will not be brought up for a vote by the cowardly & treacherous RINO leadership.

Fountainhead of Terrorism

    Islamic terrorism flows from these canonical texts of Islam: Qur'an, hadith, Sira & Shari'ah. It would not exist without them & Believers to implement them and can not be eliminated while they influence the minds of men. So long as there is this book, there will be no peace in the world. Sanctification of Terrorism

    Moe, speaking for Allah, sanctified terrorism.

3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).

    Moe, speaking for Allah,  repeated his promise to cast terror.

8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."

    Moe, speaking for Allah, declared that Allah cast terror resulting in victory over Jewish settlements in the Hijaz.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives. [More translations.]
33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.
59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allâh! But Allâh's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

    Moe, speaking for Allah, told himself that the Jews were more terrified by Moe and his army than by Allah.

59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

Terrorism Commanded

    Moe, speaking for Allah, commanded Muslims to engage in terrorism.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

(So if you gain the mastery over them in war), if you defeat them and have victory over them in war,
(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely punishing ﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata' Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This Ayah commands punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them. 8:60. And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allâh and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allâh shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.
Make ready for them for fighting them whatever force you can the Prophet s said that this refers to ‘archers’ as reported by Muslim and of horses tethered ribāt is a verbal noun meaning ‘restraining them for use in the way of God’ that thereby you may dismay terrify the enemy of God and your enemy namely the disbelievers of Mecca and others besides them that is other than those — namely the hypocrites or the Jews whom you know not God knows them. And whatever thing you expend in the way of God its requital shall be repaid to you in full and you will not be wronged you will not be diminished anything thereof. Tafsir al-Jalalayn

Terrorism Rewarded

    Moe, speaking for Allah, promised to award Brownie Points  for acts of terrorism!

9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh's Messenger (Muhammad  when fighting in Allâh's Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn

Terrorism Exemplified

Moe was a terrorist!

  Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
 Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

How Moe Cast Terror

    Moe cast terror by assassinating critics:  We learn from Ibn Ishaq that Moe ordered the assassinations of Kab Ashraf and Asma Bint Marwan. To save you grief, I exhibit excerpts which expose the terrorizing effects of those murders and link to the relevant pages. .

    Moe cast terror by burning a date palm plantation.

The reference in the verse is to the cutting, by the orders of the Holy Prophet , of the
palm trees of Banii Nadir who had shut themselves in their fortresses in
defiance of the Holy Prophet's orders to surrender. So, some of the blessed
Companions, in order to anger them or cast terror into their hearts, cut
and burned down some of their date trees. Mariful Qur'an Vol. 8, pg. 374

Terrorism  In Shari'ah

    A summary of Islamic Jurisprudence, pg. 476 provides for disposal of the property of infidels terrorized by Muslims so that they flee without it.

 The property left by the disbelievers when terrified by Muslims, the 

property of an heirless person, and a fifth of one-fifth of the whole 
booty (the share of Allah's Messenger) are considered fay (spoils 
gained without fighting or war) allocated for the benefit of Muslims. 

    Hedaya, the legal code of the Hanafi  school of Islamic law, in discussing the power of individual Muslims to issue writs of protection,  informs us that individual Muslims must be objects of terror to infidels on account of their ability to attack.

Jihad Against the Kuffar is of Two Types
Offensive Jihad (where the enemy is attacked in his own territory).
Where the Kuffar are not gathering to fight the Muslims. The fighting becomes
Fard Kifaya with the minimum requirement of appointing believers to guard borders, and
the sending of an army at least once a year to terrorize the enemies of Allah. It is a duty
of upon the Imam to assemble and send out an army unit into the land of war once or
twice every year. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the Muslim population to assist
him, and if he does not send an army he is in sin.
And the Ulama have mentioned that this type of jihad is for maintaining the
payment of Jizya. The scholars of the principles of religion have also said: "Jihad is
Da'wah with a force, and is obligatory to perform with all available capabilities, until
there remains only Muslims or people who submit to Islam."²⁴

    The Book Of Jihad sets forth the laws regarding Islamic holy war. Page 164 contains a  list of sunnah acts: deeds which are halal and to be emulated as per 22.21. Among them is this little gem:

To employ each and every method that would terrorize the enemy

Accursed Abomination 911

    Moe Atta left behind his instructions to the Magnificent Nineteen.  He instructed them to shout the takbir because it terrorizes infidels.

When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, 'Allahu Akbar,' because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.

    The most damnable Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, may God burn him, effectively confessed and in his confession, informed us that the Accursed Abomination was an act of Islamic worship. He informs you that terrorizing us is a great duty in Islam.  What else do you need to know?
