As the essential principle
of his faith is the subjugation of others by the sword; it is only by

When Allah's
Apostle died and Abu Bakr was elected as a Caliph after him, some of
the Arabs reverted to disbelief, 'Umar said to Abu Bakr, "How dare you
fight the people while Allah's Apostle said, I have
been ordered to fight the people till they say 'None has the right to
be worshipped but Allah' And whoever says: None has the right to be
worshipped but Allah.' waves his wealth and his life from me unless he
deserves a legal punishment justly, and his account will be with Allah!
Abu Bakr said, "By Allah, I will fight him who discriminates between
Zakat and prayers, for Zakat is the Compulsory right to be taken from
the wealth By Allah, if they refuse to give me even a tying rope which
they use to give to Allah's Apostle, I would fight them for withholding
it." 'Umar said, 'By Allah, It was nothing, except I saw that Allah had
opened the chest of Abu Bakr to the fight, and I came to know for

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).
Narrated Abu Huraira:

7. My provision is placed under the shade of my spear This saying was Bowdlerized from the USC-MSA hadith database. Search for it at Muslim Access, you will not find it. Search for it at Sunnah, you will find only Arabic. This saying is a smoking gun which should be fatal to Islam if widely known. Muslims do not want you to know about it, I do. This damnable saying is found in Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, page 108. A parallel text describing Arabic culture is found in page 199 of the pdf scan of Ibn Khaldun's "Muquaddimah". 8. Caliph makes war This is Islamic law: the caliph wages war against people of the book until they become Muslims or are jumiliated, subjugated & extorted as per 9.29. The caliph fights all other people until they are Muslim or dead. It is not necessary to be an Islamic or legal scholar to comprehend that. The meaning is clear on the face of the text. Who can know this without cursing Islam? Let such a person explain his attitude in the comments!

10. The least the caliph must do is the famous fatwa of Imam al-Shafi'i. Its expression in Reliance o9.1 is clear as mud. The Book Of Jihad quotes it clearly on page 18.
11. Destruction of the sword Reliance is not the only Islamic legal code. Hedaya was used by the Ottoman and Moghal Empires. This means that Muslims can attack infidels without provocation.
