Remarks by the President at U.N. Security Council Summit on Foreign Terrorist Fighters

PRESIDENT OBAMA:  Thank you, His Excellency, the Secretary-General, for his statement.  I'll now make a statement in my capacity as President of the United States.

Mr. Secretary-General, heads of state and government distinguished representatives, thank you for being here today. 

In the nearly 70 years of the United Nations, this is only the sixth time that the Security Council has met at a level like this.  We convene such sessions to address the most urgent threats to peace and security.  And I called this meeting because we must come together -- as nations and an international community -- to confront the real and growing threat of foreign terrorist fighters.   

As I said earlier today, the tactic of terrorism is not new. So many nations represented here today, including my own, have seen our citizens killed by terrorists who target innocents.  And today, the people of the world have been horrified by another brutal murder, of Herve Gourdel, by terrorists in Algeria.  President Hollande, we stand with you and the French people not only as you grieve this terrible loss, but as you show resolve against terror and in defense of liberty.

What brings us together today, what is new is the unprecedented flow of fighters in recent years to and from conflict zones, including Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa, Yemen, Libya, and most recently, Syria and Iraq.

Our intelligence agencies estimate that more than 15,000 foreign fighters from more than 80 nations have traveled to Syria in recent years.  Many have joined terrorist organizations such as al Qaeda’s affiliate, the Nusrah Front, and ISIL, which now threatens people across Syria and Iraq.  And I want to acknowledge and thank Prime Minister Abadi of Iraq for being here today. 

In the Middle East and elsewhere, these terrorists exacerbate conflicts; they pose an immediate threat to people in these regions; and as we’ve already seen in several cases, they may try to return to their home countries to carry out deadly attacks.  In the face of this threat, many of our nations -- working together and through the United Nations -- have increased our cooperation.  Around the world, foreign terrorist fighters have been arrested, plots have been disrupted and lives have been saved. 

Earlier this year at West Point, I called for a new Partnership to help nations build their capacity to meet the evolving threat of terrorism, including foreign terrorist fighters.  And preventing these individuals from reaching Syria and then slipping back across our borders is a critical element of our strategy to degrade and ultimately destroy ISIL.

The historic resolution that we just adopted enshrines our commitment to meet this challenge.  It is legally binding.  It establishes new obligations that nations must meet.  Specifically, nations are required to “prevent and suppress the recruiting, organizing, transporting or equipping” of foreign terrorist fighters, as well as the financing of their travel or activities.  Nations must “prevent the movement of terrorists or terrorist groups” through their territory, and ensure that their domestic laws allow for the prosecution of those who attempt to do so.

The resolution we passed today calls on nations to help build the capacity of states on the front lines of this fight -- including with the best practices that many of our nations approved yesterday, and which the United States will work to advance through our Counterterrorism Partnerships Fund.  This resolution will strengthen cooperation between nations, including sharing more information about the travel and activities of foreign terrorist fighters.  And it makes clear that respecting human rights, fundamental freedoms and the rule of law is not optional -- it is an essential part of successful counterterrorism efforts.  Indeed, history teaches us that the failure to uphold these rights and freedoms can actually fuel violent extremism.

Finally, this resolution recognizes that there is no military solution to the problem of misguided individuals seeking to join terrorist organizations, and it, therefore, calls on nations to work together to counter the violent extremism that can radicalize, recruit, and mobilize individuals to engage in terrorism.  Potential recruits must hear the words of former terrorist fighters who have seen the truth -- that groups like ISIL betray Islam by killing innocent men, women and children, the majority of whom are Muslim. 

Often it is local communities -- family, friends, neighbors, and faith leaders -- that are best able to identify and help disillusioned individuals before they succumb to extremist ideologies and engage in violence.  That’s why the United States government is committed to working with communities in America and around the world to build partnerships of trust, respect and cooperation. 

Likewise, even as we are unrelenting against terrorists who threaten our people, we must redouble our work to address the conditions -- the repression, the lack of opportunity, too often the hopelessness that can make some individuals more susceptible to appeals to extremism and violence.  And this includes continuing to pursue a political solution in Syria that allows all Syrians to live in security, dignity, and peace. 

This is the work that we must do as nations.  These are the partnerships we must forge as an international community.  And these are the standards that we now must meet.  Yet even as we’re guided by the commitments that we make here today, let me close by stating the obvious.  Resolutions alone will not be enough.  Promises on paper cannot keep us safe.  Lofty rhetoric and good intentions will not stop a single terrorist attack.

The words spoken here today must be matched and translated into action, into deeds -- concrete action, within nations and between them, not just in the days ahead, but for years to come. For if there was ever a challenge in our interconnected world that cannot be met by any one nation alone, it is this:  terrorists crossing borders and threatening to unleash unspeakable violence.  These terrorists believe our countries will be unable to stop them.  The safety of our citizens demand that we do.  And I’m here today to say that all of you who are committed to this urgent work will find a strong and steady partner in the United States of America. 

I now would like to resume my function as President of the Council.  And I will now give the floor to the other members of the Security Council.

confront the threat of foreign terrorist fighters.

    The threat is from believing Muslims. Where they were born makes no difference. Foreign or domestic, they are Believers first and foremost. Open the Qur'an and read 9.111 & 49.15. Who are believers and what do they do?

    What do they believe? Allah's imperatives, threat and promise. "Fight them", go to war or go to Hell, go to war and enter Paradise. Injure or enrage disbelievers to get extra credit.

resolve against terror

    Terror is what the enemy: Muslims wish to inflict upon us. They seek to destroy our will and resolve; our ability to mount an effective defense and counter attack.

    Muslims believe that they will be blessed if they wage war on us and damned if they sit at home.  They will cease from troubling when they no longer believe in Allah, his imperatives, threat & promise or no longer live.

    Ex-Muslims are the best; dead Muslims are second best. Who has the political will to convert terrorists to either form? Summon up some resolve and take appropriate action.

Brig. S.K. Malik wrote The Qur'anic Concept of War as a training manual for the army of Pakistan.  His analysis will help you to comprehend their strategy. Terror is both a means and an end.  This paragraph comes from the bottom of page 59. [Emphasis added.]

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponent's heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be
achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon
the enemy; it is me decision we wish to impose upon him.

    There is one necessary prerequisite for instilling terror: the destruction of our faith. Islam's strong faith shields Muslims from being terrorized. This paragraph comes from page 60. [Emphasis added.]

Terror cannot be struck into the hearts of an army by merely
 cutting its lines of communication or depriving it of its routes
of withdrawal. It is basically related to the strength or weakness
of the human soul. It can be instilled only if the opponent's
Faith is destroyed. Psychological dislocation is temporary;
spiritual dislocation is permanent. Psychological dislocation can be
produced by a physical act but this does not hold good of the
spiritual dislocation. To instill terror into the hearts of the enemy, 
it is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith conferred upon us by the Holy Qur'an has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from us and to enable
us to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy.

what is new

    The increased scope. scale, intensity and frequency of terror attacks are the novelty.  They result from failure to counter attack effectively. 

    The weakness and irresolve we displayed in Korea & Vietnam served to encourage Muslims to attack.  Our miserable failure to retaliate effectively after Pan Am 103 and the seizure of our embassy in Tehran followed by failure to respond to attacks on embassies in Africa and the USS Cole further emboldened terrorists.

    In 1805 we fought the first Barbary War. Ten years later we had to do it again because we did not finish the job. Muslims are not defeated until they are exterminated because they are blessed if they attack and damned if they don't.

    Believing Muslims claiming admission tickets to Allah's celestial bordello.   

build their capacity

    Political will, not capacity is lacking. Islamic regimes use terrorists as proxies to seize territory and power which they hope to accumulate into a new caliphate.  Iran, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are not about to cease sponsoring terrorists.

across our borders

   Congress passed legislation to fence the southern border. Obamination refuses to enforce it and construct the fence, leaving our border open to terrorists.

 strategy to destroy

    A skunk by any other name stinks. Named terror groups are aliases, false fronts to conceal the involvement of Islam.  Its Islam, Stupid!!!  Terrorism will continue until Islam is extinct. If you want to stop terrorism, exterminate Islam.

    Plant the seeds of doubt and introspection. fertilize and water them until they sprout into apostasy.  Expose Muslims to evidence of the true character and works of Allah and his Profiteer.  Show them that Allah is Satan and Moe was a demon possessed false prophet who practiced pederasty, necrophillia, rape, murder, plllage and plunder for his own emolument.

    If you won't do that, then you are a traitor to Western Civilization and the whole human race.

counterterrorism

    Kill the terrorists. Nuke the countries that harbor, finance and facilitate their attacks. Eradicate Islam from the face of the earth. Anything less guarantees defeat, death and enslavement.

fuel violent extremism

    Islam is intrinsically violent. The teachings and works of Muhammad set the standard, defining and exemplifying Islam. They are normative, not extreme.

military solution

    Surrender is not a solution, it would leave us enslaved. There is no negotiation, no compromise with existential attack. There is only one solution: the extinction of Islam.  

misguided individuals

    Believers. Muslims obeying Allah; emulating Moe. Jihad is what Islam is; what Muslims do on penalty of eternal damnation if they shirk.

violent extremism

    Islam as defined and exemplified by Moe. Read its canonical texts; get a clue.

radicalize

    Where Obamination goes, feces flows. The difference between the terrorist and Joe Camel is belief. Believers are defined and described in two ayat, linked here. Read them and curse liars who shield Islam from condemnation.

recruit, and mobilize

    With the exception of a few Morons, mentally ill individuals and criminals, Muslims are born, not recruited.

    Mobilization is done by Imams in mosques and books, videos & web sites where the Qur'an & hadith are used to rouse the rabble to fight0

    Walid Shoebat and a few others saw the truth: Islam is Satanic, the devil's doctrine of perpetual war.  They apostatized.  All Muslims should.

    What did Moe do? 86 battles in 10 years, he participated in 17 of them. He commanded Muslims to wage perpetual war. He said that he was commanded to fight with men until they testify that only Allah has the right to be worshipped. Its Islam, Stupid!!!!

    Allah expressly forbids Muslims from equal and inferior relations with infidels. Islam must be superior.  Muslims are given permission to deceive us in the matter of false friendship to protect themselves and advance the cause of Islam. Get a clue. 3.28  5.51   9.33   Muslims are not our friends, allies nor partners, they are our enemies.

    Usama bin Ladin was a western educated engineer and very wealthy. Many of his co-conspirators were middle and upper class medical and law students. 

    Islamic terrorism is a result of belief in Islamic doctrines, not grivances, deprivations, oppression or suppression.

    Its Islam, Stupid!!! It is what Moe preached and practiced for Muslims  to emulate in all places; at all times.

political solution

    Are there Conservative Republicans in Obamination's cabinet?  Has he appointed any to the federal courts?  But there are Ikhwan members in the White House and DHS, even in the Pentagon.  Have they solved our problems?  Why would it work in Syria?

Ron Prosor and the Fatal Fact He Dare Not Reveal

Security Council-"Situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question"  Israel's UN representative, Mr. Ron Prosor, spoke to the Security Council today, bringing to the surface several truths while evading the most fatal fact. The concluding paragraph of his remarks  at once sums up thespeech and points out its hollow core. 

Sustainable peace must be negotiated. It must be nurtured. It must be anchored in security. It must take root in homes, schools and media that teach tolerance and understanding, so that it can grow in hearts and minds. It must be built on a foundation of younger generations that understand the compromises necessary for peace. A brighter future in the Middle East must be forged from within, when we are open and honest about the challenges before us – and resolute in our determination to meet them together.

when we are open and honest

    I have concluded that will be on the 33^rd day of the month of never. Is there any Israeli elected or appointed to high office or likely to be elected or appointed who has the requisite fortitude to openly speak the truth about the permanent war against Israel?  I doubt it; I doubt that any such leader will arise in the foreseeable future. 

    It is true that peace can not be imposed without genocide. It is true that Israeli settlements are not the obstacle to peace. But it is not true that a two state solution is possible or would be if the Arab institutions would cease inculcating hatred, glorifying & inciting aggression.  The Arabs will not cease those activities and if they did, it would make no difference.

    Ambassador Prosor can not speak that simple truth, expressing that fact would be fatal to his career.  The content of the Qur'an, exemplified by Moe's sunnah, rules out peace.  Peace is not possible and never will be. Examine the fatal facts.

Say (O Muhammad  to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell­fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." 
• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 
• 9:30. And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

  9:31. They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allâh (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allâh), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilâh (God - Allâh) Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) . Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)."

  9:32. They (the disbelievers, the Jews and the Christians) want to extinguish Allâh's Light (with which Muhammad  has been sent - Islâmic Monotheism) with their mouths, but Allâh will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kâfirûn (disbelievers) hate (it). 

• 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
• 7:167. And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allâh's Forgiveness).

      Narrated Abu Huraira:

      Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

      Narrated Abu Huraira:

      While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe.You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

  Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

      The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah's chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

    Jews: "earned Allah's wrath", "sons of apes and swine", "worst of living creatures". Allah commands Muslims to wage war against Jews and promises to continuously send someone to humiliate and torment them. Who will he send?  Allah has, on Moe's account, taken special charge of the Jews.  And Muslims are going to let Jews live in peace? Yeah, right. 

Impossible!!!

    Three ayat absolutely rule out that possibility.  Israel, by recovering a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony seized by Muslims in 638, proves the fact that Allah is an impotent idol whose promise is vain.  This fatal fact makes peace between Jews & Muslims absolutely impossible.

• 8:65. O Prophet (Muhammad )! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.

  8:66. Now Allâh has lightened your (task), for He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there are of you a hundred steadfast persons, they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a thousand of you, they shall overcome two thousand with the Leave of Allâh. And Allâh is with As-Sâbirin (the patient ones, etc.).

• 13:41. See they not that We gradually reduce the land (of disbelievers, by giving it to the believers, in war victories) from its outlying borders. And Allâh judges, there is none to put back His Judgement and He is Swift at reckoning.

Allah promised a 10:1 kill ratio.  He reduced the ratio because the Muslims could not cut the mustard.  Allah's judgment: Islamic conquest is final; there is none to put it back!  Allah gives the land to Muslims through conquest and the gift is irreversible!  This is your first clue.

    Allah promised permanence of conquest yet Israel recovered some of her land. Allah promised a 2:1 kill ratio, yet Arab armies, fare more numerous, were defeated in 1948, 1967 and 1973.  Israel is proof of the fact that Allah is an impotent idol; Islam is an impious fraud!  To Muslims, that is the worst possible blasphemy and they can never tolerate it.  They absolutely must reconquer Israel to restore Allah's honor.

    Israel will never obtain peace & security until Islam becomes extinct. This is the fatal fact which none dares to acknowledge.  Pretending that it does not exist is suicidal because, like Wylie Coyote, Islam will keep attempting genocide & politicide until it succeeds. .

My Google Alert for Gadhafi transcript finally fired, linking to the March to War blog. The blog has the speech on video in nine parts and a transcript.
That is an interesting name for a blog. Their right sidebar contains indications of their slant, toward the left and Islam.

I greet you on behalf of the African Union, and I pray that this will be a historic convene in the life of the world.
On behalf of the General Assembly of the United Nations, chaired by Libya, on behalf of the African Union, on behalf of the traditional African Kingdom, and for you all . I congratulate our son the president, “Obama,” who for the first time attended our General Meeting as President of the United States, and I commend him because he is the host country.

Evidently Gadhafi considers President Obama to be a "son of Africa". He listed several challenges to the world including this apparent gem of lunacy.

If some diseases were engineered, how does he know about it if he was not involved in it? Who engineered diseases? What proof does he have?

Complaining of the structure of the Security Council and the wars occurring since its formation, he added this.

This is in clear and open contradiction with the Charter’s preamble that we accepted and the joined the organization accordingly .
If the matter does not comply with the preamble that we approved , then even our presence in this organization is no longer valid as of now .

It must be that he could not find the exit, because he stayed put and continued his oration. Of course, he continued to display the signs of lunacy.

If they told us there is a veto right , we would not have joined the UN , we joined the UN because we are equal in rights.
But when one country has the veto over all our resolutions and enjoys a permanent seat, Who gave it that permanent seat ?!
These four nations gave themselves the permanent seat .

The only nation that we voted for in this assembly to have a permanent seat is China . We gave our votes to China to become a permanent member of the Security Council . It is the only country with democratic presence, but the presence of the other four seats is undemocratic , rather it is dictatorial and imposed on us , so we do not recognize that and it does not apply to us .

Why would Libya join without first reading the Charter and appendant documents? Is Libya so primitive that it lacks lawyers who can read and comprehend the UN Charter? Gadhafi calls China, a repressive, dictatorial one party state, the only democracy inn the Security Council.

He proposes to reform the Security Council by eliminating the veto and allocating membership to regional groups instead of nations. Of course the missing element is limited government. The veto was necessary to assure rival states that the UN would not be seized by its rivals and used to their disadvantage. Democracy has been defined as "two wolves and one sheep voting on the dinner menu".

This is what’s presented to you…to the General Assembly for voting.
This is the decisive essential issue, presented to the General Assembly the master of the world…the world’s parliament…it is the world’s congress, no one opposes it and we will not recognize anyone outside the hall, we’re the United Nations.
Ali Traiki and Ban Ki-moon will make the administrative and legal drafts, form committees that will vote on this issue, the Security Council, from now on, will be formed by unions.
This is justice and democracy and we’re finished with the Security Council which is occupied by certain nations…one possess atomic bomb, another possess economic power, other possess technology, and another possess technique…this is terrorism.

Unlimited rule by numbers; prejudiced by regional & racial rivalry. Thats what we need. And the current system is terrorism; yeah, right.

We cannot live in a Security Council dominated by those with overwhelming powers…this is terrorism.

But for a nation to have veto power…and another does not, a nation to have a permanent seat and another that does not, this is annulled as of now, we absolutely do not recognize this and we will not be subject to any resolution passed by the Security Council with its current form.

Powerful nations have saturated interests in the world, and they use veto, they use the force of the UN to protect their interests…this is terrorizing the third world, the third world is now terrorized, they are living under terrorism.
Since the Security Council was established in 1945 and until now it didn’t provide security for us, rather provided punishments and terror…it is only used against us, therefore, we are not obliged to obey Security Council resolutions as from the fortieth speech.

65 wars were waged since the establishment of the Security Council…against small nations, or fighting against each other, or an aggression by superpower against a small nation, the Security Council did not deter a violation of the charter.

Africa deserves compensation to the tune of 777 trillion that is seven hundred and seventy seven trillion as compensation for Africa from the coloniser countries and Africa will demand that. And if these trillions are not returned the Africans will keep going to where you have invested these trillions and they have the right to go after it. You return it to them and they will stop. There is no Libyan immigration to Italy which is the closest country to Libya. That is because Italy decided to compensate the Libyan people for colonisation and apologised and signed a treaty with Libya ratified by the Libyan and Italian people to turn the page of the past.

Italy acknowledged that colonisation is wrong, a failed programme and it will not return and Italy will not allow any aggression against Libya but sea, air or land from Italy or from any other place. Italy is compensating Libya for twenty years of colonisation. It is paying a quarter of a billion annually. For your information this headquarters is targeted by Al Qaeda. Yes this headquarters is targeted and we wonder why it was not struck in 9/11. It could be involuntary. Then the war in Afghanistan. It has to be investigated. Why are we antagonising the taleban? Why are we antagonising Afghanistan. Who are the taleban? If the taleban want to establish a religious state in Afghanistan let them do so. We have nothing to do with it. It is like the Vatican. Does the Vatican pose any threat to us? No it is a very peaceful, religious state.
If the Afghans want to establish an Islamic emirate let it be like the Vatican. Who said the taleban are the enemy and has to be struck by the armies? Is bin Laden an Afghan. Is he a taleban. Bin Laden is not from the taleban and is not from Afghanistan. The terrorists who struck New York? Are they Afghans? Are they from the taleban? No they are not Afghani and they are not from the taleban. So why were Iraq and Afghanistan targeted?

Does the Vatican oppress women and arbitrarily amputate hands and feet? Does the Vatican give sanctuary & assistance to terrorists before and after they kill thousands of civilians? The Taliban did, those students of the Qur'an. Would a peaceful religious state sponsor training camps where terrorists mastered small arms, bomb making skills and developed confidence & morale? Yeah, right. A demand was made to turn over the culprits, it was refused, and the invasion ensued. This is not an issue of nationality. It is an issue of Islamic aggression against disbelievers, a doctrine common to all Muslims.

Who says that if the taleban rule Afghanistan they will become a threat? Do the taleban have any intercontinental missiles? The airliner that hit New York. Did it come from Afghanistan or Iraq. These airliners took off from Kennedy airport in New York. So why do we go and strike Afghanistan. They are not Afghans, not taleban, nor Iraqis. Why should we keep silent about these things. Who says they will be a threat? The Qur'an, that book which serves as the source of their laws: 8:39 & 9:29 say it in plain, clear language which is easily understood. The terrorists came from Arabia, they trained in Afghanistan and Iraq. They traveled here by air and hijacked planes which they flew into buildings while their leader celebrated in his cave in Afghanistan. Keen on world peace; your destiny? Death & damnation!! Gadhafi is keen on deceiving and conquering the entire world, the same project the "Magnificent 19" were engaged in. When a Muslim rants and raves about peace, it means the condition appertaining after Islam has conquered the world and dominates it entirely. Their expressions are Orwellian, totally inverting truth & morality.

Continuing his wide ranging rant, Gadhafi raves about the Somali pirates, proposing a silly solution before switching suddenly to medicine. How does he expect pharmaceutical companies to fund research & development of new drugs and vaccines?

Our handling of matters is actually wrong. If the vaccination for swine flu is produced and there could be more flus of God or flus of fish then the factories that belong to the intelligence operate and they sell at a high price. This is trade. They produce a virus and they spread it across the world so that capitalist companies gain money from selling vaccines. This is shameful. The vaccines are not to be sold. Medicines are not to be sold. You have to read the Green Book. It does not allow the selling of medicines. If we say the medicines are free and the vaccines are free and no viruses are spread because it is they who produce these viruses in order to produce vaccines. That is how capitalist companies work. This is the wrong approach. You have to declare that medicines are free and not for sale.

Even if the viruses are real we should not sell the vaccines. They have to be offered for free.

Next, he raves about needing land mines for self-defense and launches into a wonderful solution for the conflict with Israel.

As for the Palestinian cause the two-state solution is impossible. I urge you not to speak about it. The only solution is one democratic state for Jews and for Muslims for Palestinians and Christians and all others – like Lebanon.

Yeah, right, Lebanon is so calm and peaceful; what a success! After a decade of Muslim aggression against Christians followed by Syrian occupation, Iran's proxy has amassed a great stock of missiles and threatens to plunge Lebanon into the abyss at any moment.

The West Bank has half a million Israeli settlers. The so-called Israel has a million Palestinian settlers. How can we establish two states. The world has to go to impose one democratic state without any religious, nationalist or linguistic bigotry. Bigotry is reactionary and it is time is well over. These are thoughts of the guard. The ideas of the Third World War. The ideas of men like Yasser Arafat and Sharon. All these are over. The new generation wants one democratic state. We have to exert every effort to impose on them one state where all people co-exist.

That proposal is completely insane, a non-starter. Where there is Islam, there is bigotry. Islam will not coexist with Jews on an equal basis! Islam demands that it be superior and dominant. Examine the Pact of Umar. Examine 9:29 and the infamous genocide hadith.

At any rate the UN General Assembly is chaired by Libya and this is its right. The work that could be done by Libya is to help the world in moving from one phase to another, from this world which is lost, bitter, shameful, terrorised and threatened to move to a more human world where there is peace and tolerance.
