Obamination: Treachery In Cairo #1

REMARKS BY THE PRESIDENT ON A NEW BEGINNING Cairo University Cairo, Egypt. [Block quote format, Ariel font, emphasis added.]
Refutation by a disgusted citizen interspersed in Times New Roman.
Thank you very much. Good afternoon. I am honored to be in the timeless city of Cairo, and to be hosted by two remarkable institutions. For over a thousand years, Al-Azhar has stood as a beacon of Islamic learning; and for over a century, Cairo University has been a source of Egypt's advancement. And together, you represent the harmony between tradition and progress. I'm grateful for your hospitality, and the hospitality of the people of Egypt. And I'm also proud to carry with me the goodwill of the American people, and a greeting of peace from Muslim communities in my country: Assalaamu alaykum. (Applause.)

goodwill

There can be no goodwill between aggressor and victim. Islam is the aggressor, greet it with As-Samu Alaikum.

We meet at a time of great tension between the United States and Muslims around the world -- tension rooted in historical forces that go beyond any current policy debate. The relationship between Islam and the West includes centuries of coexistence and cooperation, but also conflict and religious wars. More recently, tension has been fed by colonialism that denied rights and opportunities to many Muslims, and a Cold War in which Muslim-majority countries were too often treated as proxies without regard to their own aspirations. Moreover, the sweeping change brought by modernity and globalization led many Muslims to view the West as hostile to the traditions of Islam.

great tension

With 3000 gone to early graves and continual threats of slaughter on a greater scale how can there be anything but tension? Our enemy has expressed their desire and will to kill as many of us as possible and destroy our civilization; to extinguish forever the lamp of liberty.

colonialism

Tell us about the American colonial empire in Africa, Arabia & Asia. Which Muslim areas did we colonize? How did North Africa & Asia become Muslim? Can you deny that colonialism was involved?

aspirations

What were their aspirations other than restoring the Caliphate and resuming their world conquest?

Hostility

Is there some reason why we should not be hostile to the traditions of Islam? Do you have a clue what those traditions are? When Adams and Jefferson asked Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman by what right they attacked our merchant vessels his reply was that the right and duty to attack Kuffar was "founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven."[Wikipedia] Islamic tradition declares a divine mandate to attack Kuffar until we submit to Islam. If that is not a good cause for hostility, what is?

Violent extremists have exploited these tensions in a small but potent minority of Muslims. The attacks of September 11, 2001 and the continued efforts of these extremists to engage in violence against civilians has led some in my country to view Islam as inevitably hostile not only to America and Western countries, but also to human rights. All this has bred more fear and more mistrust.

Violent extremists

That expression implies that Islamic aggression: Jihad, genocide & terrorism are exceptional, not the rule. In fact, Allah mandated them and Moe exemplified them. Moe was a terrorist! The traditions testify to that fatal fact in Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 and 4.52.220. Shari'ah & Fiqh set a minimum requirement of one military attack against Kuffar in every year.
O9.1
[...]If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it.[...]

[...]

As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.[...]

"The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse."

inevitably hostile

Oh, its not? Prove it! I submit proof of Islam's hostility.
