Virginia Republicans visit mosque to address concerns about Trump
…the Messenger of
Allah said, “I was commanded to fight people until they testify that there is
no god but Allah and believe in me and what I have brought. When they do that,
their blood and property are protected from me except for a right (they owe). Their
reckoning is with Allah. (Muslim and al-Bukhari.)
You
have an excellent model in the Messenger of Allah—[with regard to imitating him
in fighting and remaining firm….] (Tafsir al-Jalalayn, Surat al-Ahzab 33: 21)
Allah
says, O you who believe, obey Allah and His Messenger…( Ibid, Surat
al-Anfal 8:20)
“Say:
Obey Allah and obey the Messenger …” (Ibid, Surat an-Nur 24:54)
“Whoever
obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah…” (Ibid, Surat an-Nisa 4:79)
“Take
what the Messenger brings you and leave what he forbids you ….” ( Surah
al-Hashr 59:7)
Say [to them, O Muhammad], “If you
love Allah then follow me and Allah will love you [and reward you] and forgive
you for your wrong actions. (al-Jalalayn, Surah Al-‘Imran 3: 31.)
….The unbelievers are your manifest
enemies…. (Ibid, Surat an-Nisa 4:.101.)
Kill them wherever you come across
them and expel them from where they expelled you ….That is how [(by killing and
expelling them)] the unbelievers should be repaid.” (Ibid, Surat al-Baqara 2:
191.)
“Fight them until there is no more
fitna [(shirk) in existence] and the din [(worship]) belongs to Allah alone
[and none but Him is worshipped]. (Ibid, vs. 193.)
“Fight them until there is no more
fitna (shirk) [worshiping someone other than Allah] and the din is Allah’s
alone [--meaning that only He is worshipped]….” (al-Jalalayn, Surat al-Anfal 8:39.)
All the above commands and more to follow herein, just a display
of “Allah’s” inimitable sense of humor, thus just part of his “meaningless,”
comic-ridden word.
Thus, to more of the same:
O you who believe! Be steadfast [in
acts of obedience, hardship and not disobeying]. Be supreme in steadfastness
[against the unbelievers so that they do not have more steadfastness than you].
Be firm on the battlefield [in jihad]. And show fear of Allah [in all your
states]…. (Ibid, Surat Al-‘Imran 3: 200.)
....These [rulings] are the rulings of Allah's limits. The
unbelievers will have a painful punishment. (Ibid, Surat al-Mujadila 58: 4.)
Those who [disagree and] oppose
Allah and His Messenger will be subdued and overcome as those before them were
also subdued and overcome [when they opposed their Messengers before].... The
unbelievers will have a humiliating punishment.(Ibid, vs.: 5)
You will not find people who
believe in Allah and the Last Day having love for anyone who opposes Allah and
His Messenger, though they be their fathers, their sons, their brothers or
their clan. [If they oppose Allah and His Messenger, the believers should
oppose and fight them]… (vs. 22.)
And, just in case the said
“Allah’s Word” is not comic-ridden and meaningless to the Muslim, to the revered
exegesis of Ma’ariful Qur’an, ‘ bit of
expounding on the just cited Surah
al-Mujadila verses:
….The preceding verses showed that
those [hypocrites] who are in intimate friendship with unbelievers and pagans
shall incur Allah’s wrath, indignation and severe torment. This verse describes
the condition of sincere believers who would not take an enemy of Faith, the
opponents of Allah, for intimacy and friendship, even though such people are
their own fathers, children, brothers or any other blood relatives. The bond of
belief transcends all other bonds, even the close ties of blood. This
description fits all noble Companions. Commentators on this occasion have cited
a number of incidents of the blessed Companions which describe how, when they
heard their fathers, sons and brothers or other blood relations utter blasphemy
against Islam or the Messenger of Allah, they left all ties aside and punished
them or even killed them.
….The biography of the blessed
Companions is replete with similar incidents. The present set of verses was
revealed to laud them. [Qurtubi]. (Mariful Qur’an Vol.8, P.363, 364.)
And if the said “blessed
Companions” killed “their fathers, sons and brothers or other blood relations” for
finding fault with the din “Allah’s Messenger” brought and with the said
messenger himself, then how much more so, we must regard, will they happily punish
or kill their countrymen guilty of the same.
Therefore, this explains
why, if we wish to refrain from incurring the hatred, indignation, and enmity
of the Muslims, thereby making ourselves and our loved ones potential targets for
“correction” or slaying by the hands of “believers,” all we need to do is insure,
we, by no means, be or even be suspect of being enemies of their Faith.
Thus, we must insure our
loved ones and we refrain, categorically, from opposing the orders and dictates
of “Allah and His Messenger.” Do so
because we must regard, above all other commands, guidance and laws, the Muslim
is obligated to obey “Allah and His Messenger.” Thus obligated to follow Qur’anic guidance.
Thus, we must grasp, and
make sure our children do likewise, when “Allah and His Messenger” conveyed, “You
who believe, when you confer together secretly, do not do so in wrongdoing and
enmity and disobedience to the Messenger….” (Ibid, Surat al-Mujadila 58: 9.), they fully expected for the “believers”
to thus “confer together secretly.” Moreover, to do so to execute “Allah’s”
commands. Do so in obeying, following and implementing the example and orders of their “prophet.”
The Muslim is simply
“Allah”-obligated to do precisely that. No more, no less.
The above makes clear, given “we” welcome and
fight for the Muslim to freely practice their faith in our nation, if we are to
function, anytime anywhere absent the awareness of the possible sudden-thrust
of Islamic terror, it is paramount we regard reality: for no trite reason the
Qur’an declares the above tenets— clearly, tenets that forge the true
“believer.”
Accordingly, working to
insure Muslims are free to practice their faith in our nation, we must regard, as
shown above, and as substantiated throughout the authoritative Islamic works;
obeying that in the Qur’an is basic for the Muslim. Refraining from living by
“Allah’s” Book makes one an apostate and no Muslim.
Therefore, allowing for the
Muslim to obey and live as the Muslim is commanded to—to live by “Allah’s
Book”--we must likewise regard, for no trite reason the Qur’an commands the
believer to “fight those …. who
do not make unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful … and do not take as their din the din of
Truth,” as we read in the following:
Fight those of the people who were
given the Book who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day [--shown by the
fact that they did not accept the Prophet, may Allah bless and grant him peace,
--]and who do not make unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful
[--such as things like wine --] and do not take as their din the din of Truth,
[which confirms and abrogates other dins], until they pay the jizya with their
own hands [--meaning the Jews and the Christians who must pay it in submission
or directly with their actual hand--] in a state of complete abasement
[--humble and subject to the judgments of Islam. The jizya is a poll tax that
they are required to pay every year].
(Al-Jalalayn, Surat at-Tawba 9: 29.)
Wrapping this post up, we must also regard—as stated above, and
certify our children do likewise--the Qur’an asserts
thus the Muslims lives guided by all the Qur’anic precepts including the
following:
Everyone
in heaven and earth prostrates to Allah, willingly [--referring to the
believers--] or unwillingly [--referring to the hypocrites and those who are
compelled to do so by the sword], as do their shadows in the morning and the
evening.” (Ibid, Surat ar-Ra ‘d 13: 15.)
So too, precepts spelled out in the following
from the revered Tafsir of ibn Kathir:
This is the Ayah of the Sword
(So when the Sacred Months have passed, then fight the Mushrikin
wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for
them in each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform the Salah, and
give the Zakah, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most
Merciful. [9:5) (ibn Kathir, V. 4, P. 375.)
…………………………………………….
Abu Bakr As-Siddiq used this and other honorable Ayat as proof for
fighting those who refrained from paying the Zakah. These Ayat allowed fighting
people unless, and until, they embrace Islam and implement its rulings and
obligations…. (ibid, P. 377.)
(I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that
there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the
Messenger of Allah, establish the prayer and pay the Zakah.)
This honorable Ayah (9:5) was called the Ayah of the Sword, about
which Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim said, "It abrogated every agreement of peace
between the Prophet and any idolator, every treaty, and every term.'' Al-`Awfi
said that Ibn `Abbas commented: "No idolator [sic]had any more treaty or
promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed. (ibid.)
And this from Ma ‘ariful
Qur’an:
“He is the One who has sent down His Messenger with guidance and the Faith of Truth, so that He makes it prevail over every faith, no matter how the associates hate it.” (Surah Al-Taubah 9: 33)
This glad
tiding regarding the ascendancy of Islam is, as in Tafsir Mazhari, for most
times and circumstances. In a Hadith from Sayydina Miqdad, the Holy Prophet
said: No mud or mortar home shall remain on the face of the earth where the
word of Islam has not entered with the honor of the honored and the disgrace of
the disgraced. Whoever Allah blesses with honor shall embrace Islam and whoever
is to face disgrace shall not, though, accept Islam but shall become a subject
of the Islamic government. (Ma ‘ariful
Qur’an, Vol. 4, Surah Al-Taubah, 9: 31 – 35, P. 369.)
Thus, regarding all the
above, who in their right mind would have any issue whatsoever with fighting to
insure, here in our nation and abroad, the Muslim is free to practice the
tenets of their faith?
To that end, who can deny
the truth in “Allah’s” assertion in promising the believers, “Those who
emigrate in the Way of Allah will find many places of refuge in the earth [to
which to emigrate] and ample sustenance [and provision],” as provided in Surat
an-Nisa 100.
Indeed they will.
Therefore, no wonder
whatsoever, the details in the Jihad Watch article linked to at the opening of this
post.
In that article, a "concerned" Republican in
Virginia, seemingly dispatched to speak on behalf of Republicans, he/she states
of the Muslim community, “One of
the things they need to hear from me is that the Virginia Republican party
values religious liberty and we stand with them, and they’re part of this
community too.”
Well of course we value religious freedom. Thus, of course
“we” stand with the Muslims and defend their right to practice the tenets of their
faith here in our nation.
Indeed, they are part of our communities--for such reasons,
9/11, Ft. Hood, Moore, Baltimore, Chattanooga, San Bernardino, Orlando,
Garland, etc. and only God and the Muslim know where else, here in our homeland,
in the countryside or city, non-Muslim blood has been shed, or intended to be
shed, in obedience to Muhammad’s “Allah,” by the hands of “believers.”
