• Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4294:
      It has been reported from Sulaiman b. Buraid through his father that when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children. When you meet your enemies who are polytheists invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and withold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of Muhairs and inform them that, if they do so, they shall have all the privileges and obligations of the Muhajirs. If they refuse to migrate, tell them that they will have the status of Bedouin Muilims and will be subjected to the Commands of Allah like other Muslims, but they will not get any share from the spoils of war or Fai' except when they actually fight with the Muslims (against the disbelievers). If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them...

    Vampires recruit by biting, Muslims recruit by fighting.  When recruiting Muslims to Jihad, they appeal to any sense of real or imaginary grievance they can conjure up.  They appeal to idealsism, citing Allah's commands and related ahadith. They appeal to greed: promise of plunder. They appeal to Allah's great reward: forgiveness of all sin except debt and ready admission to his celestial bordello.

    Muslims who join the Jihad are promised that they will not enter Hell. They are promised admission to Jannah where they will enjoy perpetual erections, two perpetual virgins, numerous Jewish or Christian women taken from the fire, trees always full of low hanging fruit and rivers of wine. There are no headaches or hangovers in Jannah.

    Muslims reluctant to join the Jihad are threatened with eternal damnation.  A Muslim who meets Allah without scars of Jihad meets him with marks of hypocrisy. You know where Hypocrites go.

    Muslims do not become terrorists through a process of radicalization. They become terrorists by increasing and informing their faith: making them Believers.

    Terrorist jihad is normative, not radical. The Qur'an commands it and Moe exemplified it. I disrespectfully direct doubters, deniers & dissenters to Chapter 234 of Riyad us-Saliheen as translated by Aisha Bewley to obtain a clue.

    Jihad is commanded by Allah and exemplified by Moe. Only those who engage in it are believers. If you knew the context, you could discern the fatal fact from Surah Al-Anfal 8.1...5.  I will save you the trouble of looking up "spend" & "go out" in a concordance.

• 8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers.

  8:2. The believers are only those who, when Allâh is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'ân) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone);

  8:3. Who perform As-Salât (Iqâmat­as­Salât) and spend out of that We have provided them.

  8:4. It is they who are the believers in truth. For them are grades of dignity with their Lord, and Forgiveness and a generous provision (Paradise).

  8:5. As your Lord caused you (O Muhammad ) to go out from your home with the truth, and verily, a party among the believers disliked it;

• 9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

• 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.

        Believers invest their share of the spoils in horses, shields and swords, going out from their homes with Moe to wage war, fighting in the way of allah to make Islam dominate the world, risking their lives & wealth, killing and being killed.

    What do Believers do for extra credit to be weighed aginst their sins on Judgment Day?  They takes steps to injure or enrage us, aka. terrorism. Its Islam, Stupid!!!

• 9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh's Messenger (Muhammad  when fighting in Allâh's Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness.
