Bullshit: Ghouse vs Geller--Jihad

 Pamela Geller and Michael Ghouse argued about Islam & Jihad on Sean Hannity's radio show. You can listen to the audio here. The title of this post reflects a phrase used by twice by  Ghouse in this debate.  This debate is in the context of revelation of the fact that John Brennan, nominated to head the CIA, is one of the enemy, a slave of Allah. 

    Thick accents and rapid speech make this argument hard to follow, but its context and content are extremely important.  Mike is a liar: he asserted that "there is no offensive warfare in Islam", that Islam only fights defensively.    Pamela exhibits cognitive dissonance: at once demanding that violent imperatives be expunged from the Koran and acknowledging the impossibility of expunging them. 

    Muslim supremacists are super arrogant, condescendingly assuming us to be so stupid & gullible that their lies will never be fact checked.  With the exception of Risala, which is only available on the web, the books you should be reading are available at Amazon and other book stores.  The internet  makes some of these texts available to those of us who are not sufficiently affluent to accrue large libraries.

    The Muslim appointed to head the CIA claims that Jihad is a "legitimate concept"  of self-purification & control in Islam.  Each of the six canonical hadith collections, considered the most authentic by Islamic scholars, has a book of Jihad or expedition.  I invite you to search each of those books and extract from them the ahadith relating to Jihad an-Nafs.  What proportion of those books relate to offensive warfare against infidels and what proportion relate to wrestling with one's ego?  [Riyad us-salihin, Tirmidhi, al Nisa'i & Ibn Majah are large pdf files that may take some time to load. If you read Riyad & Tirmidhi, you will have most of the bases covered; there is much redundancy..]

    Ghouse asserts that Jihad asghar is strictly defensive: he is a liar; I submit proof!   Reliance of the Traveller, cited by Geller in the debate, defines Jihad as war against non-Muslims.  Here is the full quote, with links added for reference. 

Chapter O9.0: Jihad

(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said as he was returning from jihad.

``We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad.''

The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus (def: b7) is such Koranic verses as:

-1- ``Fighting is prescribed for you'' (Koran 2:216);

-2- ``Slay them wherever you find them'' (Koran 4:89);

-3- ``Fight the idolators utterly'' (Koran 9:36);

and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:

``I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah'';

and the hadith reported by Muslim,

``To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.''Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. The former consist of the ones he personally attended, some twenty-seven (others say twenty-nine) of them. He fought in eight of them, and killed only one person with his noble hand, Ubayy ibn Khalaf, at the battle of Uhud. On the latter expeditions he sent others to fight, himself remaining at Medina, and these were forty-seven in number.)

    Islamic law describes the obligation to wage war against passive infidels as communal: fard al kifaya, which lapses with respect to individuals once a sufficient number have responded.  Other obligations, such as Saum & Zakat, are fard Ayn: individually binding.  Jihad only becomes fard Ayn when Dar ul-Islam is invaded or threatened.  I refer doubters, dissenters & deniers to Reliance O9.1.  The obligation to attack passive infidels is described as binding upon Muslims in every year. 

    Subsequent sections of Chapter 9 inform us that "The caliph makes war on Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians" and "fights all other peoples until they become Muslims. " I disrespectfully direct doubters, dissenters & deniers: damned fools one and all, to O9.8 & 9.9 for a critical lesson in objective factual reality.

    The handbook of Hanifi Fiqh makes it plain with slightly archaic language: war must be carried out continuously, and it is undertaken on Islamic initiative, not in reaction to provocation.  I disrespectfully direct doubters, dissenters & deniers, damned fools one and all, to Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1, pg. 140 & 141 to obtain a clue.

    The Sealed Nectar is described As the official biography of the Profit.  I now present to you a portion of its Table of Contents.  Note the frequent occurrence of terms such as battle and invasion.  Islam is so peaceful!  The violence started while the Profit was alive, in his last decade though Ghouse would have you believe that it is bida, inserted long after his death.  Note the extortion letters dictated and dispatched to neighboring Kingdoms prior to several invasions.

    The violence flows from Allah's Jihad imperatives enshrined in the Koran.  Obtain a clue from Tafsir Ibn Kathir, which explains them.
    Have you seen those signs which declare triumphantly that Islam will dominate the world?  Where do Muslims get that idea?  Once again, Ibn Kathir has the answer for us. 
    We have foolishly allowed an enemy fifth column to invade our territory and infiltrate our government.  It is essentially necessary to expel and exclude Muslims from America and Western Civilization.  We must first strip off the false mantle of religion, exposing Islam as a mercenary & martial predator preying on the human race.  Once exposed and defrocked, Islam can be removed from the penumbra of protection offered by the First Amendment's Free Exercise Clause, its institutions closed and Allah's slaves expelled & excluded.

The article linked above caught my eye in my daily Google Alerts.  I have excerpted some of the most egregious lies found in the article and exposed them with  the help of Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence.  The main concepts are expressed in H1 headers, underlined quotes are linked to source texts.     Hitler's National Socialist Party, at the urging of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, exterminated six million Jews.  Ambassador Gokcen, the OIC and Islam wield the Holocaust as a shield to deflect attention from Islam's own genocidal doctrines.  Since the "international community" is committed to prevent religious persecution and genocide, and Islam is part of the "international community", we are to presume that Islam shares that commitment. In reality, Islam is part of the problem, not part of the solution; committed  to  shielding itself from all criticism & questioning wielding the Holocaust as a shield.

    Allah ordered Moe to make a great slaughter before holding captives for ransom: "It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land.". That order is confirmed by another ayah, which commands killing and wounding "many of them": "So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). ".

    Allah told Moe explicitly that he prefers genocide to profit while Moe preferred profit.  When one local Jewish settlement surrendered after a long siege, Moe had all the adult and adolescent males slaughtered; the women and juveniles enslaved.  Islamic law lists killing adult male captives as one option, and prescribes enslavement for women and children. 

    Islamic eschatology informs us that Jesus will return to "fight the people for the cause of Islam", "break the cross" and  "kill the pigs"; perishing all other religions so that none will be left to pay Jizya.  In other words, all the Jews & Christians will be killed.

    Is there any form of persecution worse than perpetual war?  "Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." 

    Islamic law states that "The caliph makes war upon Jews..." Allah promised that he would "certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. "  Tafsir Ibn Kathir tells us more about this verse, confirming the obvious:  "In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews.  The gates of Paradise will not swing open for Muslims until they hunt down and kill the last Jew. "

This year, I attended the ceremony with my 12-year-old son out of a deep conviction that we need to educate the new generations on the merits of human dignity, respect for the other, co-existence and the horrible consequences of hatred. It is our responsibility to utilize the opportunities that interfaith and faith based civil society has to develop early childhood multi-culturalism and peace-building programs. Would it not be encouraging to see individuals, families and civil society partner together to educate the next generation on human dignity and respect?

    In the context of one hadith confirming Islamic Jihad imperatives, Moe informs us obliquely that Islam has no respect for the human dignity of anyone but Muslims. As kuffar, our lives and property are free for the taking and we have no human rights.  He said that he was ordered to fight the people until they testify that only Allah has the right to be worshiped. He said that, when we so testify and practice, "then their blood and property will be sacred to us ".

    This video is exemplary of how Muslims train their next generation. After viewing it, you should either curse Islam and demand its extinction or go out into the alley and hang yourself.  Pay particular attention to the adult explanation which follows the boy's Salat. 

religious intolerance

    I am not quoting the relevant paragraphs because of their length and the lack of good hooks. UNHRC Resolution 16/18 is cited as an example of consensus and understanding.  The resolution demands that I be subjected to criminal and civil punishment for exposing the fatal facts of Islam to public view.  There is no functional difference between the "defamation of religions" meme and the "negative stereotyping" meme substituted for it nor has the defamation meme been abandoned.  I have detailed my objections to the resolution in previous posts.

    By association with the "international community", the Ambassador implies that Islam is tolerant. Nothing could be further from the truth.  Perpetual war, extending to the Doomsday and displayed above through a Qur'an quote, two hadith quotes, Islamic Law and tafsir is the polar opposite of tolerance.  But there ia more, and I will give you a sample. 

    Only Islam will be accepted:  " whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him". 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"   The penalty for for apostasy is death: how tolerant is that?

    Allah tells Muslims that they are the best of peoples as they bring us to Islam with chains on our necks.  No, I am not making this up. "You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; " Click the link, read the entire verse in context before reading the hadith which explains it.  "the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.".

    A "religion" whose scripture commands perpetual war until "only Allah is worshiped" and "they pay the Jizya with willing submission" , which command is confirmed by its tradition & jurisprudence, has no standing to invoke freedom of religion.

right to be respected

    Respect must be reciprocal. Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 clearly demonstrates Islam's lack of respect for us. Declaring perpetual war and open season: that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and we only obtain human rights by becoming Muslims puts the lie to the arrogant invocation of freedom of religion and the right to be respected.

    This series began with Right: Peaceful Practice of Islam, with more than three thousand words from and about Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence, it established the fact that the practice of Islam is not and can never be peaceful.  Islam is permanent war.  That fact should be fatal to Islam, instead, Islam is fatal to those deluded fools who ignore it. Over the last 14 centuries,  270*106  people have lost their lives to Islam.

    When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, ‘Allahu Akbar,’ because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.

    Moe used Takbir, Atta was emulating him.

The Innocent Prophet full Release

 In this viewer's  opinion, an hour is not sufficient to plunge the depths of the life of Muhammad.  Perhaps too much time was spent on his childhood and not enough on his prophetic career. 

    Concerning brigandry before 610, I recall seeing nothing to suggest it.  Running Kahdija's camel caravans and trading should have kept him too busy for that.  The brigandry began after the hijira, with the Battle of Badr.

    As for Moe convincing Kahdija that he was a Prophet, I find it to be a reversal of the story told in the generally accepted sources.  He was terrified by the encounter in the cave and ran home to hide under her skirt.  His wife comforted him with assurance that he had encountered an angel, not a demon in the cave.

    The issue of false prophecy deserves detailed exposure. Moe's child bride gives us an earful in Sahih Bukhari 6.60.311. the Truth About Moe?

This video has been available for a year with very little notice.  It deserves a wider audience.  Someone posted it on Facebook.  In order to make verification easier for viewers, I went through the video frame by frame and extracted the urls.

   
    I prefer a different Qur'an source, and am linking to it.  I retained links to the USC-MSA database, although frequent site changes break them. I had to update them. 

    The Al-Meshkat links are to downloads, some of which are probably large Zipped archives.  If those are pdf files, and if they are text, not scanned images, you may be able to open them in your browser and use Google Translate, but it does not work very well on Arabic.  You will need to translate the pages to find the download links. 

    The video includes links to Hishham's Rescension of the Sira. I have added links to Guillaume's The Life of Muhammad. In previous attempts, I was unable to locate Hajar on the molestation of Ali's sons.  This time I got the link right, but the Google Translation could not be related to the content described in the video.
